How is TRUE Pump Different?

Let's face it, there are dozens of centrifugal pumps on the market!  So why do we need another?

TRUE™ Pump is the ONLY centrifugal pump company that offers all of our pumps in standard execution with mechanical seals as well as with a magnetically driven coupling.  NO MECHANICAL SEALS!

Additionally, all designs are able to be installed in any orientation and still remain FULLY DRAINABLE.

Our biggest strength is our ability to customize our pumps to your application. We can vary inlet & outlet port locations, machine the housings from billet stainless for greater strength and integrity, utilize exotic alloys and much, much more.

Our customers receive the highest hygienic solution, the quietest operating pumps and a lowest total cost of ownership.

TRUE™ Pump Solutions is a registered trademark of North American Process, Inc.

In partnership with SAWA Pumpentechnik AG, we bring to the North American marketplace to the most hygienic centrifugal and PD pumps capable of being customized for your application.  This customization is not limited to port size and seal type, it includes being able to relocate ports in nearly any location while still maintaining full drainability in any orientation.

All our pumps can be constructed in the traditional manner with a standard c-face mounted motor with mechanical seals OR they may be fabricated with a hermetically sealed, magnetic coupling to eliminate the mechanical seals altogether.  In doing so, the pump impeller (or rotors) rotate on a magnetically driven shaft.  Additionally, TRUE Pumps operate at the lowest noise level.

We Can Make Your Existing Pumps Better!

One of the requirements for a pump to be sanitary is for the pump to be “free-draining”.  This means that when the pump is not running, the liquid remaining in the system will drain to the lowest point.  If your pump is not piped correct or the ports are not orientated properly, liquid may remain in the pumphead for extended periods of time.  This can cause corrosion, pitting or, even worse, provide a perfect environment for bacterial growth.

Although we would like you to use our pumps, our Aseptic Drainage Valve is not just for us!  We gladly offer this to everyone in order to help make their process more hygienic.  We are able to modify virtually any centrifugal or positive displacement pump, regardless of manufacturer, to accept our Aseptic Drainage Valve to better your process.

We understand that not all customers can afford to replace pumps as often as they would like.  This service can easily improve your sanitary design.
